Lemon Drop Baby Beanie, Free Crochet Pattern
Have you tried Capri yarn by Loops & Threads?
It comes in a variety of beautiful, bright colors and has a very soft texture. It's a blend of 57% cotton, 28% nylon, and 15% polyester.
Capri yarn comes in small skeins (1.75 oz, 87 yards).
One skein is enough to make a newborn hat.
I used textured stitch to create a newborn size hat. And I actually was able to make three hats from two skeins of Capri yarn.
